MD Notebook A5 Thick

The MD Notebook A5 Thick is what happens when the notebook you already love gets an upgrade for heavier work. Same thread-free, lay-flat binding. Same clean glassine cover. But the paper inside is a different beast entirely.

Thick MD Paper weighs in at 141g/m² — roughly twice the weight of standard MD Paper. It can take watercolor washes, gouache, heavy marker passes, and ink-heavy fountain pen work without buckling or bleeding through. If you've been holding back on a notebook because you weren't sure it could handle what you wanted to put on it, this one won't flinch.

The blank layout gives you a completely open canvas. No grid, no lines, no dot to suggest where you should be going. It's designed for visual work, mixed media, illustrated journaling, or any creative practice that needs room to breathe.

The binding is a codex-style construction with nothing attached to the spine — which solves the problem thick notebooks often have of refusing to open flat. This one opens 180° from cover to cover without a fight.
