We take great care in packaging and shipping each order to ensure your stationery arrives safely and beautifully presented.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.
During new releases, promotions, or peak seasons, processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience and will always work to ship your order as promptly as possible.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
Estimated delivery times once shipped:

Free Shipping
We offer free U.S. shipping on orders over $75 (after discounts, before tax).
Free shipping method is selected by MT2 on Paper and may ship via USPS or UPS.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
MT2 on Paper is not responsible for:

packages delivered to the wrong address due to customer error

delays caused by carrier address issues
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been accepted by the carrier and marked as delivered, MT2 on Paper is not responsible for loss or theft.
If your package is marked delivered but cannot be located:

Check with your local post office or carrier

Allow 24 hours in case of premature delivery scan
If you still need assistance, contact us and we will do our best to help file a carrier claim when applicable.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged:

Multiple Shipments
Orders containing pre-order items or certain specialty items may ship separately.
You will receive tracking information for each shipment.
