The Spaceview Estie is a limited edition demonstrator fountain pen from Esterbrook and Accutron — a clear acrylic Estie with an Accutron green grip section, bronze-toned finials, gold-plated trim, and a gold-plated nib engraved with the Accutron tuning fork.

In 1960, Accutron built a watch that showed its own tuning fork movement through the front instead of hiding it behind a dial. The Spaceview Estie does that with a fountain pen. The polished clear cap and barrel let you see the threads, the connectors, and the converter sitting inside, and with a demonstrator, whatever ink you load adds to the overall appearance of the pen.

This is the first demonstrator Esterbrook has made in the Estie line, and they did it with the details turned up. The grip is Accutron's signature green, and it is visible even when the pen is capped. The tuning fork emblem appears three times — lacquered into the top dome, along the custom cap band, and engraved on the nib. It arrives in a cobranded box with a window in the front.

Same Estie shape, same cushion cap that closes with a quarter turn, same weight in the hand you already know. We were only able to bring in a few in each nib size. If a demonstrator has been sitting on your wish list, come take a closer look.
